The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. We also appreciated the organized reservation system for restaurant tables. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated near key sights and landmarks, making it easy for us to explore the city.
We were disappointed with the lack of clean and safe water provided during meal times. It was unacceptable that we had to purchase a bottle of water during lunch and dinner when it should have been provided as basic amenities.

the reserved tables at the restaurant were an excellent touch and made everything feel so organized. the quiet location provided a peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for my relaxation.
Sadly, I was disappointed to find out that I had to purchase water during meals. It felt like a significant inconvenience, especially if someone were choking and needed water to help them.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always concerned about my comfort. They attended to me well and made sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent. I loved how well-organized the restaurant tables were, with reservations made for each guest's name. The hotel's facilities were great and the location was peaceful, providing a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
Everything was spot on. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I couldn't find any faults.

Staffs were well trained and welcoming, they had good customer service and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. The restaurant had reserved tables, and this was good as we didn't have to wait to be seated. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the meals.
During our stay, we discovered that they didn't provide water during meals. We had to purchase bottled water separately, which was not convenient for us.
